May 12, 2022 (INDIANAPOLIS) – The Indiana Chamber of Commerce honored 125 companies from across the state today at the 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana dinner celebration. Rankings for the organizations were revealed in four categories at the event, which was held in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center. Leaf Software Solutions ranked #17 in the Small Companies (15-74 U.S. employees) category.
Organizations that have displayed sustained excellence during the program’s history are also awarded a Best Places to Work in Indiana Hall of Fame designation. Leaf Software Solutions has earned Hall of Fame status, as this is the 11th year earning the award. Hall of Fame companies are those that have been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana at least 60% of the time in the program’s history.
Winning companies ranged in employee count from 15 to nearly 1,300. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana. For 2022, the selected honorees represented more than 35 cities and towns across the state.
All companies that participated in the 2022 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.
